Halco had come to our home to do some blown in cellulose insulation in our attic and although Ron had gone upstairs and checked several times, the force had blow a light fixture out in the closet and cellulose filled and spilled out of our closet. I recently had tendon and ligament repair and cannot put any weight on my foot and only go upstairs at night, so we had not realized what had happened until Jay came home from work and had gone upstairs. Jay and I put in over 3 hours last night cleaning up the cellulose that overflowed into our bedroom from the closet, but it became just too hard for me on one leg. Ron DeRue from Halco came this morning and finished where we left off and went above and beyond to make things right and when he was done you would never know we had that mess last night - I am beyond grateful. Ron took every single item one by one (and there was ALOT in that closet) and vacuumed them one by one till all cellulose was off- granted I will still be washing them, but he saved hours of tedious labor for me on one leg. I wish I could attach photos so you could see just how much tedious labor this involved. And for our trouble and inconvenience Halco is sending us a gift card for dinner on them. I just wanted to take this opportunity to let the Halco Energy Company know how impressed I was with your employee Zach’s professionalism while installing our new Navien Boiler. Zach has a great attitude and was very considerate of our home while completing his work. I was also very impressed with his layout abilities and mechanical skills. While I observed the ongoing boiler install it was evident to me that Zach strives to produce a quality product and will not let himself accept anything less. In today’s world it was refreshing to see a young man with this kind of attitude and professionalism.

The service tech Scott Bernardo was great. Went the extra mile to complete the job. Hope Scott will help me in the future.

Extremely satisfied. Professional staff including Thom, Kevin, and Terry. Kevin displayed a degree of knowledge and dedication that we have never experienced before. The art of his work easily surpassed the science and he clearly takes pride in his creations. He and Terry remained on job long after my expectations each day and their families should be thanked that they stayed late to increase our comfort each day. Kevin is a one of a kind technician and artist who will bring value to any organization. Such individuals are rare and should be cherished by their employer; his work is why I happily signed a check to Halco. Thank you.

Please pass along my thanks to a job well done by Matt, Dave and Eric. They removed my Freewatt system today and converted it to a conventional system. They arrived on time, addressed the many questions I had and communicated to me regularly while the work was being done. When completed, they did a thorough walk through with me, showing me everything that had been done. You are extremely fortunate to have such professional, helpful and courteous employees. Dear Hal, My name is Carolyn and I am the Property Manager here at Barrett Dewitt. I have been in property management for 23 years and have worked with many outside contractors over the years and will be the first to admit it’s never easy!  It’s only fair to say we have really enjoyed having Jeremy and Pat in the building. This building is for Seniors and that alone can be a challenge. My residents have told us the guys have been very polite, friendly and helpful if they need to get by them while working in the halls. My Superintendent and I too are very pleased with the communication, promptness and the fact they do a great job cleaning up! I know it has not been easy for them on a big job like this to do it all from set up, chasing materials to clean up but we are very happy to have the opportunity to work with two guys with great work ethics! Good morning, I wanted to let you know we notice a big difference in our home.  And I'm not talking about the mess we made trying to get ready.  Its been a roller coaster ride trying to get approved and all the different twists and changes along the way.  Thanks for your efforts.  Just so you know I wanted to tell you Halco is making a difference in peoples' lives.  I also greatly appreciate the crew that came.  They were very professional and you could tell that they cared.  You are lucky to have Kevin he is very good at what matters most.
