Hi there,  My names Jack, and I just had a visit from Sam. My wife and I bought our house 8 months ago and don't know the first thing about home ownership. Finding a good plumber was a major concern of ours, as was trying to understand all the technical stuff about plumbing! I'm a teacher and my wife is a laboratory scientist, we don't know much of anything about plumbing. Sam was so professional, so warm/friendly, and so technically proficient. He made understanding the plumbing situation so simple. When he proposed become Halco members, I was at first wary, why on earth do I need a subscription to a plumbing company? But as he explained it, it made so much sense.  Sam's not done an hour of work on the house yet, but I am confident Halco just got another life customer. Having a reliable and friendly plumber is a weight off our shoulders.    Thank you very much for your time.

Awesome service! I had the best experience anyone can have when dealing with an unexpected repair. Halco employee Jake was dispatched to my home to repair a plumbing problem. He explained everything and was so very patient answering all of my questions. He was so very proud of Halco and his employment there. Because of Jake, Halco has gained a customer for life. I had to write in as I am BEYOND pleased with the water heater and expansion tank installation at my home yesterday. I do not know how you find your employees! The level of service I received yesterday was TOP NOTCH!!! Mark was the Halco Rep dispatched to my house. AMAZING, CLEAN, KNOWLEDGEABLE! I could go on and on! We recently rented a cottage in Sodus Bay and discovered a plumbing issue on our first evening. Dave Rodriguez came to the house and worked several hours. The landlord was supposed to meet him there, but did not show. Dave continued to work on the problem for several days until it was resolved. He was kind and courteous, and although the plumbing issues were a major frustration for us (and for him), he continued to with a pleasant and friendly attitude the entire time.
